When you sign up for early access or the Cloud plan, we collect your name, email address, and the use case you provide. We use this to send you framework updates and product information.
We use PostHog for product analytics. PostHog collects page views, feature interactions, and session data. No personally identifiable information is sent to PostHog unless you explicitly sign up. We use Google Analytics for aggregate traffic measurement.
We do not sell your data. We do not use advertising pixels or retargeting cookies. We do not build behavioral profiles for ad targeting. We do not share your information with third parties except as required to operate the service (infrastructure providers, payment processors).
We use first-party cookies for session management and analytics. You can decline cookies via the banner on any page. Declining will prevent analytics events from being sent.
We retain signup information for as long as you are on our mailing list. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send. Analytics data is retained for 12 months.
If you self-host the open-source framework, we collect no data about your usage. The framework does not phone home. Your data stays in your infrastructure.
Agent state, logs, and configuration data processed through the Agent Chassis Cloud platform is stored in isolated infrastructure. We do not access your agent data except to operate the service or as required by law.
You can request deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@agentchassis.com. We will fulfill deletion requests within 30 days.
