By using Agent Chassis (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
The Agent Chassis open-source framework is licensed under the MIT License. Your use of the open-source framework is governed by that license, not these Terms. These Terms apply to the Agent Chassis website, the Cloud platform, and any managed services.
The Cloud platform provides managed state storage, logging, and monitoring for your agents. You retain full ownership of your agent code and data. We provide infrastructure; we do not access or use your agent's content except to operate the service.
You agree not to use the Service to:
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee it. The Cloud platform is provided "as is." We will provide reasonable notice of planned downtime. Enterprise plans include SLA commitments specified in the enterprise agreement.
Cloud subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; your access continues until the end of the billing period. We do not issue refunds for partial months.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Agent Chassis is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms. We will notify active Cloud users by email at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
